1. Eligibility

2. How It Works

  • Users can enter a draw by donating via our website.
  • Each ticket represents a donation and grants the user one entry into the selected prize draw.
  • The more tickets you get, the higher your chance of winning.
  • Each draw will have a fixed end date and/or a set number of maximum tickets.
  • If the minimum number of tickets is not sold, we reserve the right to extend, cancel, or reschedule the draw.

3. The Prizes

  • The main prize will be clearly stated on the draw page (e.g., a specific car or a cash equivalent).
  • Cash alternative may be offered at our discretion and will be specified in the prize details.
  • No prize is exchangeable for other goods or transferable to another person without prior written approval.
  • All prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

  • The winner will be chosen at random using an independently verified random number generator.
  • The draw will be conducted live or recorded, and we may publish the winner’s first name and town for transparency.
  • Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within 7 days of the draw.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, we reserve the right to draw another winner.

  • All vehicles will be supplied with a valid MOT (if applicable) and all relevant paperwork.
  • Any additional costs, such as insurance, road tax, or travel to collect the vehicle, are the responsibility of the winner.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the case of a cancelled draw where a refund or alternative may be offered.
  • No refunds will be issued due to entrant error (e.g., entering the wrong draw or providing incorrect information).
